Let the first scan run all the way to completion without switching apps or restarting the TV partway through the process. If it still won't finish after a full attempt, hide unused groups if the app allows it, confirm your subscription is genuinely active, and re-enter the playlist link fresh rather than trying to patch a half-loaded state that's already stuck.
