What decides how sharp the picture on your screen looks?
Three things: the bitrate of the stream, the quality of your line, and the chip that decodes the video. A 4K stream arrives at about 15-25 Mbps and uses roughly 7 GB per hour. A 1080p stream needs 5-8 Mbps and about 3 GB per hour. Most 4K feeds use HEVC, a compression format that packs the same picture into about half the data of the older H.264 format. Why does the screen go black on one channel but not others?
Scope is the diagnosis. If one channel shows a black screen and the rest play, the source feed for that channel is down at the origin. No setting on your end fixes it; report it and watch something else.
