Five: is a card stored after payment? Ours is not. Those five answers take a service one message to produce. A page that cannot state its own refund window in a sentence is telling you how a dispute will go.

Six: what uptime figure do you publish? Ours is 99.99%, roughly 53 minutes across a year. Seven: how many simultaneous connections are included? Ours runs one to five by plan, with installs uncapped. Eight: how long from payment to a working line? About five minutes. Nine: how large is the catalog and how far does it reach? 54,000+ live channels, 219,577+ VOD titles, 190+ countries. Ten: send support a specific technical question before paying and time the reply. That last one is the most predictive of the ten, because it samples the thing you will need at the worst possible moment.

Count the questions answered with a specific figure rather than an adjective. Eight or more, and you are dealing with an operation that expects to be held to its words. Below five, the service is either disorganized or deliberately vague, and both cost you the same when a feed drops. Weight three answers double: the refund window, because it is your exit; the payment method, because crypto-only checkout removes disputes; and the trial, because refusing any short sample is the single most reported signal in scam-avoidance threads. A service that fails those three has failed regardless of how well it scores elsewhere.
